COVID-19 UPDATE: We have been given official confirmation that we are a business selling essential goods, so have opened our online store and in-store pickup.

All orders are shipped nationwide under all lockdown levels. Please note our in-store shopping is closed right now!

Returns

Online and in store returns

You may return an item to the store for a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty or expired.

You must return goods to or store or via mail within 14 days, in their original condition, including the packaging, with the receipt.

We will always honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refer to Consumer Guarantees Act for further information

Please note: upto 10% cancellation charges applies on all orders to cover staff time spent on processing your orders.

Repairs

We'll repair faulty goods under a manufacturer's warranty (If applicable) . If unrepairable, we'll replace the item.
