Key Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerine, Glyceryl Laurate, Coconut Oil, Sorbitol
Directions: Cut base into smaller sized pieces and place them into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 30-second intervals, stirring between each one until they are melted. Once the soap has melted, allow it to cool off slightly before adding colours and fragrances. Pour into your choice of mould and allow to set before unmoulding.
Due to the glycerine content in this base, you may notice that sometimes your finished soaps will look like they are “sweating” or have “dew” forming on the surface. This is simply a cosmetic effect on the surface of your soaps and is still completely fine to use, and doesn’t effect any of the soap’s abilities. Please refer to our recipes and information page for more information on this and how to reduce it.
