How long will delivery take?

Every effort is made to ship your order on the same business day (for orders placed before 12pm) otherwise we will send your order on the next available courier. Once you receive a shipping notification to say your order has been completed.

Deliveries to: North Island: 1-2 business days. South Island: 2-3 business days Rural delivery: Add 2-3 extra days. International orders: 3-5 days (please expect potential delays due to Covid19).

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes! Our retail store is located at 18 Maisey Place, Rotorua and our opening hours are:

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 - 14:00, Closed on Sundays.

Can I place my order over the phone or via email?

We cannot process orders via email or phone, so they must be placed through the website. If you are experiencing difficulty using the website, please contact us for assistance.

Do you have a retail store?

Yes! Our retail store is located at 18 Maisey Place, Rotorua and our opening hours are:

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

All prices listed on our website are in fact wholesale. If you wish to make further savings we suggest buying in our larger quantities. Should you require larger quantities that what is listed please get in contact with us for a quote. 

Do you ship world wide?

As of January 2021 we now offer shipping world wide! Customers outside of New Zealand can now place order directly on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, afterpay, humm and laybuy. You can also pay via online bank transfer or Paypal.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes we do! We offer amazing rewards and benefits to our loyal customers every time they shop! You can earn $1 for every $20 you spend which you can then redeem on future orders from our website.

Do you accept returns?

You may return an item to the store for a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty or expired. You must return goods to a store within 14 days, in their original condition, including the packaging, with the receipt. We will always honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
